Baisha Ancient Town is not a famous travel spot near Yulong Snow Mountain in Yunnan, it’s a small but less commercial town, here I met a German cafe owner, he is a kind person and we talked about lots, from coffee to travel things. He mainly uses siphon to brew coffee and he insists roasting coffee beans to dark roast, I learned a lot and got inspired by him. The cafe named Baisharona (白沙罗那), if you go to there and have a good coffee time with him, you can go along the street about 100 meters as my photo below indicates.

白沙古镇是一个还不怎么商业化的古镇，有许多在地人生活，所以感觉很舒适，与完全商业化的束河完全不同，有机会的话就去逛逛。我在这里遇到了一个德国人开的咖啡馆，他很健谈，我们从咖啡红酒到旅行说了很多，从他这里也学了很多咖啡知识，也受到许多启发。我把网址告诉过他，不过看他那中国移动的信号，估计想再打开我网站的可能性就不大了（最近从国内打开网站已经很困难了，毕竟时代如此）。从图中的位置向前走100米就可以看到了，名字是“白沙罗那”，他坚持用虹吸壶做精品咖啡，豆子也都是很深的，想去聊天打发时间可以考虑下。他不喜欢被别人拍照，所以还是注意下礼仪吧。
