Welcome to Picocoon!

Yes, I’m a Chinese photographer, what you see here are all my photography works even though some of them may like paintings.

I try to blur the boundary between photography and painting, my artistic works are created by photography skills not PS filters or CG techniques. Those artists just like Monet, Picasso, Van Gogh, John Atkinson Grimshaw…etc and their works have inspired me a lot, and I consider the Pictorialism will be back and evolved just like Renaissance, I call it Neo-Pictorialism.

I’ve made a lot of progress on this way, every step achieved was not an easy one, sometimes I feel like an explorer wondering in an uncharted territory, there have and will have failures and successes, depressing and exciting motions in this journal, and I will keep on exploring to seek the treasures of art.
